Great location near the beach. Room kept immaculate by housekeeper. Free daily coffee & yeas and sometimes snacks availableat main reception. Our room was in a different buikding a couple of doors down. Pleany ars locally. You can order food drom a menu in reception but mo restairant as such. Sea views drom balcony

Central location, just over 100m from the beach, got a quiet room in another building across the small carpark behind the main building. The owners (siblings) were warm, helpful and attentive- gave me a free car-ride to the train station!

“Well located (quiet) hotel close to the beach which can easily be reached from the train station.”

Room: Small room with small fridge, bathroom with toiletries and a small wardrobe. Bottled water, soap, shampoo and toilet paper were provided. The room was clean, probably also due to the fact that shoes weren't allowed inside the building (which is generally common in Asia). The room is ideal for a solo traveller who just need a place to shower and to sleep, with relatively basic accommodation. Staff: Friendly staff. Her staff even carried my luggage to the hotel room, as this hotel doesn't have an elevator. The lady of the location even asked me if she can drive me to the train station when I checked out at about 4h45 AM in the morning. Location: This hotel has a good location. It's close to the seaside, which is at about 100m from the hotel; as well as Cha-Am beach The train station of Cha-Am can also be easily reached on foot in about 30 minutes. At this part of Thailand you should normally be able to see sunrise at about 6 AM at the beach or the seaside. Although this hotel is located in a dual street with some bars and bistro's, it was however quiet in the evening.

The area - lots of bars around. The car had to stand in the sun the entire time since there were no under roof parking spots. I thought it was closer to the beach. The stairs leading to the room was not convenient.
