“Value for money”
Good value with very convenient location opposite the beach,7/11 nearby and other bar and restaurants very close. I had a room at the back which was nice and quiet.

Everything was good. The price quality ratio was excellent. A nice small breAkfast set was welcome and served in clean restaurant opposite I .liked the big bright reception area and cheerful pastel painted rooms. The balcony was great for relaxing..

Location good , close to beach, bars and shops Rooms very small and basic with limited worktops, few plug sockets Simple continental or thai breakfast across the road, small but adequate Cant really complain for the price paid , but found the room far too small for 3 people

Great location, very close to the beach. Nice sea view from the balcony. Lots of bars and restaurants and food stalls within walking distance. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Nice and bright and great air con.

“I was happy would stay anytime”
The room good size big windows clean friendly staff very helpful , speak English. Owner speaks wery good English approachable anytime, It's a nother party street, but the backroom is quiet ....no lift ..At the front there is a shower to wash off the send .at that time I had breakfast in the price which was affordable., food not bad . At the moment next hotel renovating it can be a bit noisy not this hotels felt Would stay anytime.

“To avoid because heavy construction work next door”
We could not enjoy our stay because the neighbouring building was under construction. Later in the afternoon and evening, there was very loud music from the street The bathroom was ok but the room itself was extremely basic
