The house located in very nice location, there is everything that you need - washing machine, all kitchen appliances, coffee, tea, towels. Our daughter the most loved cats😄, and hot tub

The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The host and his family were very welcoming, offering free fruits and wine, which was excellent. The view was stunning, making for a relaxing and memorable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved the house, it’s incredibly cozy, and every detail is thoughtfully designed for the comfort of the guests. Everything is beautifully done, stylish, and with great love. The view of the mountains is magnificent, creating a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The hosts are wonderful people who left us fruits, wine, and delicious cheese. We are so grateful for their warm hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! We ourselves want to come back for a longer stay.

Perfect place to stay for 4 people. Owners are very kind and hospitable people. We were welcomed by their homemade red wine,fruits and vegetables. A perfect house with a large yard to have grate time with your friends, jacuzzi and a great view. Huge recommendaton for this great place!

“A place operated with love and pride”

The hosts were very kind, waiting for us with the whole family, and welcoming us with a huge plate of home-grown grapes and a glass of home-made plum schnapps. They clearly take a lot of pride in their accommodation, taking care of a lot of little details. The place in impeccably clean. At night when we arrived, we could not even appreciate the beauty of the surroundings, nestled on a hillside with a beautiful view over the pastoral countryside. The closest village is about 10 minutes driving time and has lots of gastronomy. The Lipa Cave is about 15 minutes . The road down to Kotor (take the small one through the village, not the main one) stops your breath with the vistas over the mountains and seaside.

Everything was more than perfect. The house is very beautiful and the view is amazing. The hosting family is very welcoming and made our stay a wonderful experience. We look forward to be back there. Would definitely deserve more than 10.

Only one thing worth to mention - water pressure from the shower is a bit weak, however, this is mountainside and can be also considered normal in the area.

Excellent for the family with kids. Very quiet countryside, but only 10 minutes drive from the small town Cetinje, also very close to Lipa cave. Owners are very nice people! 🙂 Beds were comfortable and bed covers, towels fresh and clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated, well working wifi. The view from the patio was stunning! Our family was very happy about the place!
