“Hidden gem with a great view”

We landed a bit by chance at this charming Chambre d'hôtes and it was one of the best time we've had during our holiday. The owners are passionate people who kindly shared with us their love of their house and their art, and took the time to show us around, explain us the history of their incredible home and more generally discuss with us. The rooms are very esthetically furnished and designed, with a great attention to details in every corner and everything is very comfortable: from the great mattress to the gigantic shower, we had the best rest we've had in a long time. Beyond the place itself, what made our stay something to remember is definitely the kindness and attention of our hosts who are incredibly accommodating people: the breakfast is delicious, they offer all amenities you might need and will help you with every request or need you might have with generosity, showing that they really care about the well-being of their guests. Last but not least, the great view they have directly on the Mont Blanc is definitely a plus :)

Our stay at Sessius 1622 was absolutely fabulous. Vittorio and Roman are lovely hosts who have renovated this house with incredible taste. We loved everything from the breakfast with great local products, the reading sessions in the garden, the library in the living room, and the grand piano in the dining room. The room we stayed in was large, quiet and very pleasant. Tom's advice on local restaurants was also very helpful in finding good places to eat. Overall, if you're going to Geneva for business or pleasure and are looking for a place to rest, you're just 30 minutes away from one of the most beautiful houses we've ever stayed. Many thanks again to Roman and Vittorio for their kindness and hospitality, and we hope to see you again soon.

Wow - wow. Beyond expectations. A tastefully renovated castle from the 16th century. You can see and feel the taste, the international experience and great style of the owners. Every detail to perfection. The hosts are utmost kind and caring. Both of them are so sensitive, intelligent and charming.

We were lucky to choose this place with its unique style, beautifully decorated rooms, luxurious linen, amazing art and lighting. The owners and Nicolas couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and even made us fresh coffee and breakfast to go at 5:30am. only 20 minutes to Geneva Airport too which was an ideal location for us.

A hospitable Sessius 1612, that makes me feel at home from the moment ceck in there until we leave. The modern design of the rooms in accordance with the original is wonderful in the mansion, which gives peace at first glance with all its solidity and beautiful garden of 500 years. Excellent accommodation and service. This picturesque and historic property has been beautifully restored, and is filled throughout with lovely modern and vintage furniture, lighting, and art. The deluxe attic room is spacious and modern, with a soaring wood-beamed ceiling, a very comfortable bed, and luxurious linens. The main parlor, attic lounge, and outside garden are all lovely places to sit, relax, read, and enjoy views of the Mont Blanc. The breakfast was very nice, with made-to-order selections, including avocado toast and scrambled eggs, which were both delicious. Convenient public transportation to Geneva. Highly recommended.
