No Hot water while using the shower.Hardly any lighting.Only 1 spotlight bulb working(out of 2)Room 220.Dreadful and tired décor or lack of!Worst breakfast ever in a French Hotel.Bland food,driest mini pastries you can find,sticky and stale cereals for €14:daylight robbery.You can find way better Hotel rooms with breakfast under €50 if you actually properly look for it.Booking.com:this Brit Hotel is not worthy of a 3 Star rating!Appalling!

“Great for a one night stay”
Easy parking.Very friendly receptionist. Great location for our needs. Basic room but warm, clean and very quiet. Good hot shower with plenty of towels.

“OK stay next to Glaz Arena.”
The area was a quite one with green spaces and the room had all one would need for a short stay. They allowed early check-in as we arrived early on that day. It is located very close to Chronobus bus line, a direct line from the airport. I booked it as I had an event next to Glaz arena.

“Comfortable, clean and great location with pleasant staff”
We didn’t have breakfast during our stay so unable to comment. The staff were very polite, the room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was that our room lock was broken so struggled every day to open and lock it. This was reported to reception twice but never got sorted before we departed. Because of this the room didn’t get cleaned for 2 of the days we requested as they didn’t leave a note or ring our room to say they were having problems accessing the room, thankfully we hadn’t made a mess in the room. We would however stay again as the hotel was in a great location near supermarkets and eateries.
