the location was good, not far to walk into town. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Plenty of on site parking. I had a complaint and the motel took it very seriously and took appropriate action. I'm very glad they took my problem seriously. I would recommend to everyone this motel because the management care and listen.

We wanted a bed that did not cost an arm and a leg, this is what we got. Easy to find, and close to what we needed. Would stay again if the need arises. A floor mat for the bathroom would be a nice touch.

Well presented, close to the venue we were attending, very friendly owner, very clean & tidy.

The room and beds were comfortable with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. The room was dark during the day but we had plenty to do in the area so that wasn't a big deal. We made use of the dining area to eat our breakfast and evening meals where plates, cutlery and a microwave were provided, however it wasn't obvious to patrons that this was possible. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and professional and we are very grateful that she could assist us with a request we made.

Lovely family run budget motel. Comfy, clean and great location in a quiet area on the outskirts of Cessnock. My dog welcomed here for an extra fee. Great value for a budget motel.

Comfortable beds. We had two rooms, one was very quiet the other had noisy neighbours shouting very late at night.

It was clean and tidy, receptionist girl was really helpful, parking spot available, easy to access. 👌

It was close to all amentinities, shops, restaurants, wineries, and everything you need.

“Disappointed and disgusted”

It had a non smoking policy. Yet our rooms smelt so badly of cigarette smell, complained to the hotel owner. Didn’t even try to rectify the smell. The property was not clean. Fridges had a terrible smell. We booked six rooms but didn’t even stay in one of the rooms as it was discussing. No air conditioning and it smelt so bad. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Have taken photos and videos for reference….
