It is beautiful silent resort right on the sea. The Manager n the chef were very sweet to prepare vegetarian food only for the 4 of us. They certainly took care of us.

i feelt like i am in a preson, i have booked for 1 night with breakfast included, i was hungry wanted to eat in thier restaurant they asked about 2000 TL 0 50$ to allow me to eat, i said its ok i will eat outside, i went outside to eat and brought with me some food, they didnt allowed me to enter with my food, because they have restaurant 50$ for meal, i mean yeah open buffet but not that price!!

The location of the hotel is amazing and the surrounding nature is wonderful. The display from windows is second to none and gives the perfect feeling of escape from urban chaos. The hotel itself is cozy for me, and trees growing right inside the main hall are heartwarming and comforting. The cooking staff is perfect. The food, especially dinner, is great, though the price of half-board is affordable. The hotel has its own beach, which is clean. I enjoyed swimming a lot.

An unforgettable stay from start to finish! The hotel was immaculate, every corner sparkling clean, and the staff radiated warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel like cherished guests. Our little one was over the moon with the incredible kids’ activities pure joy from morning to night! The convenience was unbeatable, with a bus right outside taking us to Çeşme’s charming center every 20 minutes. We had a wonderful family holiday at Grand Hotel Ontur. The kids had a fantastic time, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The meals—especially the dinner buffet—were delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Our room was clean and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the reception and continued to enjoy the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff throughout our stay. Surrounded by nature, this hotel is a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation.

I would like to comment on the life guards. Although I’m VERY pleased they have them I would urge the management to require, that they do not allow for life guards to have and look at their phones while on duty. The life guards should be able to determine a situation before or as it happens. Not after the fact. Also I would like to ask the serving staff to remember to say hello, merhaba or greet guests as they come in. I understand it’s not possible when there’s 800 people eating. But the serving staff should make an effort to greet. The same goes for serving water. It is apparent that almost all families attending would like fresh water. Therefore please approach and ask new pax arriving at a table if they’d like some water. There are times where you have to chase the staff around to get some water :) All in all it doesn’t take away the experience that this is a well run, clean and very service minded establishment.

“Lovely family getaway in a very picturesque and Instagrammable part of Turkey”

Excellent hotel in terms of price / quality ratio with the most picturesque sea views out of the window We spent lovely 5 days/4 nights in Grand Ontur Hotel in the middle of June 2025. Location is outstanding as the peninsular is almost fully surrounded by the sea with Greek islands on the horizon. The weather can be tricky in June with frequent winds and high waves, so it is usually cooler than in Izmir and very nice for those who don't like too much heat. In June, before the high season, the hotel is a calm and pleasant place to stay. The main building is renovated and looks nice. Rooms are neat and clean. Standard room, where we stayed, has a huge balcony with the most picturesque sea view I have ever seen from a hotel. We also spent one night in a high class suite, which was more spacey to accommodate our family with 2 children. All other facilities (outdoor swimming pools with slope, children playground, beach area) are in good condition. The sea is clean and despite waves and invigorating water temperature about 21°С in June excellent to swim or dive. The Spa center looks a little bit old, but if you are lucky to have there massage treatment from Hasna, you'll don't pay attention to any imperfections of surrounding. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Guest relations team is there to help you with any issues within their competence (Aylin and Irmak know how to make you feel VIP guest). Children's animation team tried their best to keep the kids busy with sports and arts, even though some events were cancelled and replaced by movie nights due to low attendance (there were only few children in the hotel during our stay). We were happy not to be disturbed by loud disco music every night (some separate events / weddings were held at the beach restaurant in remote area). In general it is a superb destination for calm and relaxed vacation for families, incl. seniors, roma tic couples and those who don't seek endless entertainment.

We were initially a bit hesitant about choosing this hotel, but the time we spent there completely dissolved any initial doubts we had. The team that greeted us consisted of people who were passionate about their work, always cheerful, and incredibly helpful. The elegance and comfort of our rooms were like an oasis of peace. Thanks to the meticulous and thoughtful cleaning each day, we felt right at home after a day of exploration. The view from the rooms was also a wonderful motivation to start the day. The restaurant section, on the other hand, was a feast for the senses. The variety and freshness of the breakfast and the unforgettable tastes left by the dinner dishes far exceeded our expectations. We particularly commend the meticulousness of the housekeeping team and the patient, solution-oriented approach of the reception staff to all our questions. In summary, our vacation at this hotel was much more wonderful than we had imagined. This is no longer just a hotel for us; it's our favorite getaway spot and our second home in Izmir. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff for providing such a dreamlike accommodation experience!
