The apartment was beautiful! There was everything we needed in the apartment. Katka was very nice and gave us some great tips. The location is great, two minutes walk from the center but quite and peaceful, with a great view to the garden.

“Good apartment in a good location”

The apartment was spacious, very clean, quiet, with in a central location. There is a private lockable car park directly at the house for a small fee. Good communication

Very spacious apartment, close to the centre but quiet and easy to access by car. Owners were friendly,easy to deal with, and made our checking in and out very straightforward.

The location of the apartment was convenient because it was right in the city park so very close to everything and surrounded by green color. The host was very nice. We called them upon our arrival and they came immediately, showed us the apartment, and handed over the keys. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean.

The appartment is spacious, light and airy with good facilities to stay in a beautiful part of Cesky Krumlov for a few nights. The online check in was simple and all the necessary information e.g. where to find keys was very clear. The beds are comfy and the black out curtains ensured a good night's sleep. I really appreciated the small details like nightlights and pods for the coffee machine. We have already booked another stay in this lovely place.

“Great stay among autumn colours.”

The upstairs appartment is beautiful. It is well situated - in town but overlooking a park. In late autumn every window had a gorgeous colourful view. The area was quiet and the sound proofing was excellent e.g. we knew our downstairs neighbours were watching TV but we couldn't hear a sound from it or them at any point. It feels cosy, like home with everything you need to stay comfortably for a few days and some extra nice touches like the coffee pods. The heating works well and is controllable by thermostats on each of the plentiful radiators. The secure parking is very convenient right behind the appartments. We were greeted by the friendly manager and made to feel welcome.

All Perfect, look no further, stay here! We stayed at apartment 3 in the ground floor. Keys collected at self-checkin, very easy. Apt is spacey, clean, new and well equipped. Parking at the villa for 250CZK/day is a top deal. Perfect location of Villa - very much in the center but in quiet location in the Park. The host was very friendly. Do recommend, would stay again.
