Spacious, clean, perfect location, good parking space, nothing to complain about.

“Cosy family house”

Very comfortable house, with lots of space. Downstairs is the living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, stove, microwave, dishwasher etc.), toilet and shower with towels provided and a bedroom. Upstairs is toilet with shower and plus 3 bedrooms. We got a baby bed for our child and the house has lots of space for the kid to run around and have fun. There's also a big yard, but we were there for 1 night, so there wasn't much time to spend outside. Location is bit up the hill, but it took us 10min walk to the entrance to historical centre.

The owner very helpful and allow us to place our luggages at the property while we can visit Cesky Krumlov.

The house was really nice, clean and welcoming. There was a large garden and trampoline for kids/big kids as well as a space to grill/make a fire. The host was really helpful and nice, he sent over a bunch of great recommendations for the city! There is even a discount for one of the local rafting companies which we used! We will for sure stay here again :)

“A cozy house with lovely garden”

The villa is located on the calm street but close to the city centre. It has got an amazing garden with BBQ zone. The house is cozy and clean, equipped with modern kitchen and everything you need for a long or short stay. We had wonderful time there.

We visited Villa Oliva with 7 of my colleagues and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable place for our annual team building activities. It offers everything needed for spending a couple of days in Cesky.

We were in the Villa with 8 people. Very nice house close to the center of Krumau. Quiet and the city center was easy to reach by foot. In the evening big table for board games. The garden seems to be big and nice. Unfortunately due to rainy weather we haven't used it so much. Excellent location for visiting Krumau in a group of friends.
