Overview
This family-run guest house offers quietly located en-suite units with free Wi-Fi, 600 metres from the Český Krumlov Train Station. Český Krumlov Castle and Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a 15-minute walk away. All of Penzion Zavodsky’s rooms and apartments have a seating area and TV. Private bathrooms come with a shower. Guests are welcome to use the common kitchen and dining area. There is also a garden and terrace where you can relax. Several restaurants can be found within a 10-minute walk. České Budějovice and Lipno Dam are both a 25-minute drive away.

“A great option”
The two connecting double rooms was a great option with comfortable beds. A quiet location not far from the rail station and a 10 minute walk down the hill into the historic centre. Good heating and internet and use of kitchen. We received a warm welcome and were made to feel right at home.

“Wonderful host in great location for Cesky Krumlov”
Thr room whilst small was perfectly clean and comfortable. The host was a wonderful woman with a heart of gold. Thank you for the beer and sparkling water. It is an easy walk into Cesky Krumlov with a climb back to the pension. The Baroque theatre at the castle is fantastic.

The place is as described. The Host does not speak English, but is very friendly and helpful. The place is perfect if you want to walk to the city centre. This is not the Ritz, but it's great value for money . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

“Comfortable and memorable stay”
Very cute Old lady, even though she didn't know English , communicating with her was very fine. Room was small but one night stay was comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was used by us to heat up our food. Very nice place to venture into the main attraction of the city,especially in the morning. Adorable Kitty cat makes us feel at home. Good memories

“I felt at home.”
The owner was super nice and I really felt that I was home. Also, there were free tea, coffee, a bottle of bubbling water and a bottle of beer. I enjoyed the stay very much.

“Ideal choice for a short visit”
Good, quiet location, approx. 15 min. walking from the old town. Parking on the street, free. The apartment is run by a very kind, elderly lady, speaking German (and obviously Czech). Shared bathroom and shared fully equipped kitchen.
