It was like little castle on the rocks. And slept like a king in old stylish house. Nice owner, super cute dog and quite place to chill after the mountain hike.

“Wonderful family-like home stay in Český Krumlov⭐⭐⭐⭐”

Penzion Onyx gave us a lovely “home stay” kind of feeling right in the heart of Český Krumlov. The room was very spacious (even an attic), with comfortable beds for our family of four — perfect for everyone to spread out and relax after a day of exploring. The hosts were incredibly generous and kind. When my daughter suddenly got sick, they quickly arranged some medicines for us without any hesitation. That thoughtful gesture really made us feel cared for, almost like staying with family. We also loved the very friendly dog Aicko, who loves to play fetch with the kids — he brought so much joy and laughter to our stay! The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day — simple, homemade, and full of flavor.

“Cozy stay near the train station”

Comfy bed and cozy room. the host is very kind in helping us book a taxi to the train station on the way back. Taxi is about 5 euro. The town is hilly and it is worth getting a taxi although the train station is not far. Breakfast is good with both hot and cold varieties, scrambled eggs, sausage, bean, cold cut, salami, variety of cheese, fruit including pineapple, strawberry, banana, orange, grapes, yoghurt of all sorts. juices, coffee and tea. It is about 15 minute walk to the old town via a path along the river.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible and the attention to even the tiniest detail was obvious. The room was very clean, warm and cozy. The breakfast was fantastic with homemade desserts every morning. If you ever visit Cesky Krumlov Penzion Onyx will be your home away from home.

We had a very comfortable stay at Pension Onyx! The room was really clean, and breakfast was exceptional - especially their homemade banana bread. Service was great and attentive as they even helped to arrange transportation to the bus station for us. Added bonus is the family host has a cute and friendly Shiba Inu dog :)

Lovely property within easy walking distance of the main town. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Perfect for our family of five. Breakfast was excellent.

“Perfect Stay”

Excellent place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights during the music festival. The room was very clean and nice. The bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was quite good and had all the standard things you would expect. The cakes were delicious. The staff were very courteous and smiling and made us feel welcome. The terrace area was good for kids. The location is in the quiet part of the city and a walk to the centre took around 20 mins only. So highly recommend this place.

The room was large and airy, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. The minibar was stocked with reasonably-priced soft drinks and local beers, and the breakfast was great. Lots to choose from, including lots of fresh fruit. Walking distance to the old town, along the river. Secure parking, too. Super polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

“Fantastic stay in Cesky Krumlov, wonderful accommodation”

We liked everything about this accommodation. Lenka made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The business is very well run. There is a lot of love and care by the family members with this business, and it shows. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the centre of town. The pathway is easy along the river, and there are hardly any roads to cross. The room was very clean, neat, and comfortable, including the bed. Breakfast was eaten in a beautifully light and airy room with windows overlooking garden. Breakfast was well catered for. The range of food on offer was very good. It is the best brekky we have eaten on our trip. The property is maintained very well, both inside and outside. All the staff/family we met were very friendly. We are happy to recommend this business as a lovely place to stay.

Great breakfast, good location couple minutes of walking to city centre. Staf was verry friendly and helpful with information’s. When we return to Krumlov we will definitely stay here.
