Location and the staff, especially Caleb, he was very helpful during checking in, did everything to make us feel home.

“False advertising, bed missing in room”

We intentionally booked the suite because it was the only room guaranteed to sleep 3 people. When we arrived, there was only one bed in the room. We took turns sleeping on the floor. Awful experience. Still waiting on a refund.

Lovely position, authentic medieval-like vintage environment, large spaces, careful but restrained, pure interior design, rich collection of old pictures, oil prints and paintings (no repros or prints) all over on the walls, attentive and kind staff, excellent really5* breakfast selection

“One night in a beautiful building within a delightful old town.”

The hotel is in an excellent location although our windows overlooked another building. We could lean to look both ways though. The room was full of beams and old style furniture but very well equipped including a coffee pod machine plus kettle and fridge. In the room we had, the contents of the fridge were there for us to use as required. Breakfast had many options to choose from. Some of us aren't worried about fancy coffee, just filter coffee is fine! The interior of the building was amazing, very ornate in places. There were lifts to the upper floors and wonderful river views from windows on the staircases. On arrival MILYN was so helpful on the check-in and advised us well on places to eat. Next morning she had remembered us and as we waited to go in to breakfast she asked about our evening.

1. We booked comfort room and the hotel upgrade us to a suite with river view, and the view from bedroom is spectacular, very high value . 2. bus station , so walking to auto base station with luggage isn’t that hard. Try to follow the main route 3. Reception is very friendly and helpful 4.The bed was comfortable. 5. Tasteful lobby and lots of amazing corner and view at hotel
