“Disappointing”
We were not allowed in with a small dog although the hotel is supposed to be pet friendly (and we chose it because of that reason). The receptionist told us smiling she would not accompdate us with a dog although everything was paid. She was really unhelpful also while explaining where to park. At the end we had to go to an affiliated hotel in another city (10 km away). There they wanted to charge us for parking which belonged to hotel. Incredible.

The hotel is situated in a great location, in the city centre. The reception area looks really luxurious, the rooms are less so, but they are OK, the bathroom is clean, although it shows its age with occasional chips and dents in the furnishing.
