“Beautiful aesthetic, perfect decor, oasis.”

Beautifully aesthetic in a delightful character building with lush garden. From the moment you walk in there is a sense of calm and wonder, this lovely old home has loads of character and the decor is impeccable. Not a huge room, but so sunny and light filled with views to the garden it’s like a little oasis. We picked herbs for our dinner and watched the antics of Martins doggos as the sun went down. Would return in heat beat. Easy off street parking and good base for exploring the area.

We had the most wonderful time at Vila Heide! The apartment is spacious, cosy, and beautifully designed, both aesthetically and functionally. Martin welcomed us warmly, explained everything, and communication throughout our stay was easy and very friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped for proper cooking. They also offer homemade jams, honey, and soaps. There was plenty of information about hiking routes and day trip options. We got around easily by train and on foot, and it was very affordable. We had a wonderful winter holiday in this absolutely beautiful region and would love to come back in spring or autumn. If you are planning a longer stay, as we did, it is definitely worth booking the larger apartment with the beautiful winter garden. We spent quite a lot of time there and felt very comfortable, enjoying the lovely view over the town and the surrounding landscape.

A true gem. Tastefully designed and decorated spacious apartment in a splendid old villa conveniently located on a slight hill, providing a scenic view and serenity, while being well in the walking distance to the town centre. The apt was absolutely spotless and equipped with everything you may need, including even a bunch of guides. We also enjoyed the garden a lot. And to top if all off, Martin speaks great English (not typical in Czechia) and makes sure his guests are pampered.

Amazing place, a pearl! I could not believe my eyes when I saw the villa. This is Czech Art Nouveau on its best.... simply magical architecture built in a magical place, owned by very friendly hosts. It is just wonderful to see how the interior has been modernised up to todays standard and comfort without losing the original features and spirit of this beautiful home. The kitchen was very well equipped, and I enjoyed cooking with herbs from the garden. The view from the winter garden was very special, the old guillotine windows very beautiful. I have so enjoyed staying at this place and will definitely return!
