“Disappointing”
Hotel is tired in terms of decor. WIFI quality was extremely poor. Unforgivable in 2025. No international tv channels. TV system didn't allow for guest's subscriptions (Netflix, etc)

Lovely hotel . Last minute booking for us. Very helpful staff . We travel with our dogs . In the room was a dogs bed and water bowl . Which was a nice touch . The room service food we had was fantastic couldn’t praise it enough. Best ever and we travel a lot. We also had breakfast in the room. We prefer to eat in the room as it is so much easier when traveling with our dogs .

“I would NOT recommend this place!!!”
Terrible experience! Booked this hotel which stated that they had parking, arrived to find that you had to leave your car in an unsafe area nearby with no CCTV or gate. The hotel refused a refund as I had to book another hotel which did have a car park and was safe

“Won’t recommend this hotel , bitterly let down”
Nothing really , I was told that they didn’t have a reserved parking but there was one free next to the hotel !!! Snag it was full , had to drive around to finally find a space in a back street . I phoned the day prior my arrival to book a massage !! Samantha told me last massage at 2pm , then I enquired about the spa ? She offered me a spot at 10pm !!! Right !!! In the evening I went to the lounge to have a drink !! The glass was as big as a small vase !!! Pretty with a gallon of ice it was 3 degrees Celsius outside and rainy I had to ask to have some ice removed by a member of staff which I had to summon as he was eating at the back !! He proceeded to remove the ice with a scoop hence half the gin !! Figures out of season and they do this on front of me !! I can imagine in a busy period no one would be the wiser .
