“Nice accommodation next to a vineyard”

Nice surroundings, quiet accommodation, delicious food, excellent wine and most importantly friendly people. All of this made for a very pleasant stay.

Perfect stop on our december bicycle trip to the sea. Nice accommodation, very friendly staff speaking multiple languages. Food in the evening was fantastic!

Very nice place. We slept there 1 night and unfortunately came when the restaurant was about to close. The restaurant was full of Italians so I suppose the food is very good. Rooms are nice. Very good offer for the money.

Ideally situated for our particular purposes, excellent variety at breakfast, rooms are simple but spotlessly clean and very comfortable, fabulous restaurant frequented by both locals and guests, high quality wines at a reasonable price.

Clean and very convenient room with the very nice bathroom. Also AC and extra fan available. Little balcony, where you can admire distant Alps. They also serve good wine, that is very cheap.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, environment excellent and very clean. Also great they serve dinner and excellent house wine which is very good and cheap. Very safe to park the car and into night gates are locked

“Breakfast time is very limited and difficult to communicate with”

Breakfast is 8am to 10am only - don’t recall seeing that on description, so we’d paid for that in advance but left at 7.30am so no breakfast

“Great to travel with dogs”

Super friendly and supportive staff. The room was very clean and warm during winter. We got super hot water to shower. 2 types of pillows to choose from. Breakfast is simple but very well served. We traveled with our dogs and everything was great. Super starry night with little artificial light. 5 minutes to Aquileia and 20 to Grado.

A lovely place with friendly atmosphere - the owner was really kind and helpful. The room was simple and functional - but very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good (and not only Italian breakfast with sweets) - and the restaurant itself is really charming. We could not try the restaurant for dinner as it was closed on that day when we arrived - but the owner recommended to us nice places around to go out. The neighborhood is more than nice - you can have great walk alongside the river just in front of the house.

Very interesting place, agroturismo with real lifestyle - building, machines, wine yards. Very hospital personal, excellent breakfast and restaurant, very nice room with original style. Super wines (Refosco).

This place is lovely, staff there was very friendly and welcoming. Resonant with really nice local wine located downstairs, and it seems quite popular between locals. Location was just perfect, around 20 minutes to the one of the nicest beaches on the coast in city of Grado.
