We had the opportunity to stay in a pice of Tuscan history. It is an unbelievable villa, old and charming but with modern amenities. And the views from the rooftop were amazing. We are grateful for the opportunity.

We stayed in the very spacious attic apartments, in this sumptuous villa, full of history and culture. Very welcoming and friendly host. Access to a terrace on the roof of the villa with a superb view of the surroundings. Very beautiful and well-kept courtyard.

We booked this property to meet up with our friends, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We were a group of four adults and three kids, and the villa accommodated us perfectly with two separate living areas, each with its own bathroom, complete with two toilets in each. To our delight, our bathroom even had a jacuzzi! The villa was simply amazing—spotlessly clean with a fresh, inviting scent that made us feel right at home. The place had all the necessary equipment we needed, making our stay very comfortable. Ludovica, the host, was incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were in our own home. My kids especially loved playing with her two adorable dogs, which added a special touch to our stay. The breakfast was another highlight, with fresh cheese, pastries, and bread that were absolutely delicious. And the view from the roof—wow! Having coffee while watching the sunrise over Tuscany was an incredible experience that we’ll never forget.

Amazing property, spacious living space, beautiful view. So relaxing and peaceful. The host was so welcoming and accommodating. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day out in Tuscany. Close to Certaldo where you can find many restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

Everything was perfect. The owners personally welcomed us upon arrival, showed us around and handed over the keys. The place was absolutely exceptional. The surroundings are beautiful. At the end of our stay, we had the opportunity to buy local olive oil and cosmetics. All absolutely wonderful. I recommend it to everyone.

I think it is the first time I really don't know how to start the review. Everything was beyond expectations! The place is amazing, beautifully located old villa with all amenities, stunning garden, view and rooftop terrace. The host, Ludovica, is one of the nicest person we met - very helpful and accomodating. I could list all the perfect things about our stay, but I think it makes no sense, I just wish I could stay there for longer and I hope to return in the future.

Absolutely top location, fantastic villa in a lush garden surrounded by olive tree grove. Ludovica, the owner, is a charming lady doing her best to make her guest feel like home. Humbourg Villa is a true gem in the Tuscan trasury. It's a great place far exceeding expectations in every respect.

Miss Ludovica is very kind and friendly. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Communication with her was excelent. When we had some problems, villa owners fixed it instantly. Villa Humbough is really beautiful builfing with rooftop acces to ejoy overhelming view on Tuscany. The place of Villa is suitable for sightseeing, grocery shopping and visiting restaurants.

Really wonderful and beautiful villa. Much has surpassed our expectations. Very spacious and very comfortable, including a beautiful jacuzzi in the bathroom. The villa is located on the top of the hill, and the terrace on the roof offers a fantastic view of the Tuscan landscape. The owner of Ludovica is very friendly and helpful and doing everything possible so that everything is comfortable. If we go back to Tuscany again, we would like to come back here !
