“Nice view and good hospitality.”
The stay was satisfactory overall. The rooms were acceptable, though cleanliness could be improved and the walls are quite thin, so noise can be heard easily. The breakfast was okay.

We had a very bad experience. The apartment was clearly not properly cleaned and had a serious issue with insects spiders, spider webs, and flying bugs that were constantly around us and even disturbed our young children during the night and while showering. also a strong smell of dampness and mold, which made the situation even worse. This was far beyond what can reasonably be expected, even in a rural property. Because of these unacceptable conditions, we were forced to leave after just one night, despite having paid for two. This caused us significant stress and forced us to urgently look for alternative accommodation with small children. The host was polite and said she would try to contact Booking.com, but we are not sure what was actually done, as no real solution was provided.

“Overall a very pleasant experience”
The hotel’s location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape. Breakfast was exceptional, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful attention to our dietary needs. Beginning each morning with a delicious cappuccino was a real highlight. The staff were warm and attentive, with Samuel standing out for his outstanding customer service. The massage service was also excellent, adding to the overall relaxing experience.

Lovely place in an amazing landscape, very peaceful! Really friendly staff who responded to all our inquiries fast! Also great breakfast with a lot of homemade authentic food and the best: 3 cute cats on the property! We will definitely come back!
