“A perfect rural Tuscan stay, thank you Giacomo! Arrivederci!”
This was in such a perfect central Tuscany location. The property is so well maintained & was spotlessly clean. Giacomo was such a friendly, lovely host who had great advice or help any time I messaged him! The pool was also perfectly maintained & had such a lovely countryside Tuscan view. I also loved the vintage Tuscan furniture & terracotta tiles.

Excellent place. The host is very helpful and nice. Access is very easy and despite being in an industrial zone, it was very quiet. The apartment was fully stocked and in excellent condition. I would go back any time!

“Excellent choice for an escape to the Tuscan hills!”
The property is beautiful, apartment spacious and clean, location perfect for exploring Tuscany. Giacomo and his little daughter welcomed us with bottle of wine. He was very helpful, restaurants recomendation (perfect selection), day trip plan, horseriding contacts. I hope to come again soon.

“Nice Get-Away with Great Amenities”
This place was so clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus. WiFi incredible, along with the amenities in the kitchen. Would come back again, and telling my friends about this place. The owner was warm and welcoming.

We were self catering.The facilities was really good, the property sent messages to let us know everything was ready for our trip, any worries I had they assured me it was ok which it was, they were so helpful and were on hand 24 hours a day. Would recommend this property.

“10 Points for a very nice stay.”
Very friendly and helpful familiy..Clean and comfortable rooms.There is everything you need.Good wi fi.Clean swimming pool close to the terraces.It is possible to buy fresh bread and pastries because a Baker s van visits regularly .Good AC.Close to a lot of famous Tuscan landmarks.

A very nice place to stay. It was cozy and furnished in Tuscan style. The kids had fun in the pool. The location is good for exploring Tuscany, but a car is necessary because it is outside the center.

“Super relaxing tuscan experience”
The location is perfect for short trips throughout Tuscany. Perfect ammenities for long trips such as washing machine, dishwasher and a very complete kitchen. The pool was great for the hotter days and it has good sitting area. The house itself is comfortable and spacious, ideal for 2 couples for example.

Nice host, a lot of space to relax in front of the buildings, a nice swimming pool, the possibility of grilling. A few minutes by car to the supermarket and the train station.
