Overview
In the heart of the Chianti hills, 35 km from Florence and 6 km from Certaldo, you will find on the summit of a hill, Fattoria Bacìo with its 340 acres of olive groves, and vineyards. Fattoria Bacìo, with its 19 th century villa, and it's adjoining farm-houses, that are all lovingly restored in an authentic Tuscan style, can host up to 50 people. Its green park with unusual trees and plants, part lawn, part stone and terra cotta paving, has tables and chairs to eat alfresco. Swimming Pool.

“A well sized Villa but quite isolated.”
We were a little disappointed at first to find that the property was not located within the main accommodation, as it appeared when advertised, but a few minutes down the road - we had chosen it due to the reported onsite restaurant and winery. The actual villa however is spacious and offered lots of sleeping options for our family. The pool was great especially after a day out sightseeing. All restaurants you need to drive to so we made use of the kitchen and ate in for the 3 nights we stayed.

“Amazing place to visit”
Amazing property and area, quiet place where you can relax with a glass of wine, their own production. We rented azalea house, big enough with all the required facilities. Lovely views and the host was very nice, helpful and friendly. The pool is open until late and has enough place for everyone. Private parking included.

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming property in the heart of Tuscany. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with gorgeous views of the rolling Tuscan countryside. The port area was such a highlight for us – the perfect place to sit back, relax, and take in the beauty of the surroundings. The farmhouse itself is full of authentic character, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and full of rustic charm – exactly what we were hoping for in Tuscany. Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat each morning, with delicious food and unbeatable views. We also enjoyed a dinner at the property, which was excellent and beautifully prepared. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, which made us feel right at home. As a family of four, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We left feeling rested, relaxed, and truly connected to the beauty and authenticity of the place. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Tuscany at its very best!

The Toscana view, the room and house itself. Very beautiful, especially pool/dining room and of course outsaid pool also. Red wine was very good. The Donkey was also very friendly ;)

“Enjoyed exploring the Tuscany area”
Big lovely property located in the Tuscan hills. The donkey was a hit with my girls. We stayed for 3 nights in an apartment & the outside area you share with the apartment next to you. The main house is also like a hotel and can accommodate a lot of people. Big communal area with a view tables & chairs to sit & enjoy the view.

“A great private villa in the heart of Tuscany”
The house was perfect for our needs. Secluded, but less than 10 minutes' drive from the nearest village. A large private garden with a private pool. BBQ facilities and even a Pizza oven (which we did not use). The four large bedrooms were clean and comfortable, each equipped with air conditioning. The owners were quick to help whenever we needed anything.

“Beautiful”
Beautiful property located in a gorgeous landscape. The ideal escape from work stress. Upon arrival was always greeted by calls from the cutest donkey, Garibaldi. Have to also mention what a lovely owner Simona is, she was always available to help and to make sure we have everything we need. Lastly, make sure to also try their wine, lovely stuff.
