“Calm and relaxing”

The location is amazing. It is a real beautiful Italian villa with a garden at the back. We loved its spirit and how close it was to restaurants and cafes in Cernobbio. On Wednesday there was a market, Elisa, our host was very helpful and we managed to buy some really really good pasta and vegetables and had a wonderful dinner. Would totally recommend.

The garden, the location and the host!

We had a lovely stay at the Little Garden House. Elisa made us feel at home. The house had everything we needed and also a lot of toys for our daughter, who loved the rabbit of course. We would definitely come back again.

Lovely apartment, big windows, spacious and all the amenities we could need if we had planned to make food ourselves. Great location, close to everything and host was great at recommending places to eat in town and further a field in Como.

A unique domicile and retreat, plus a magical and quiet garden. A little nostalgic gem. The location allows you to walk almost everything. Nice, modern cafe nearby. However, for self-sufficiency, a trip to a nearby supermarket makes sense. Elisa is a charming country lady at the Little Garden House, gives wonderful tips and is unobtrusively attentive. A special place!

Exceptional and Delightful The Little Garden House was everything we expected and so much more, which is why it has received the excellent grading given. Right from the start, the correspondence was excellent with Elisa. She was professional, knowledgeable and was always at hand to give advice if needed. The reception was warm and welcoming and best of all was her passion for the Little Garden House. Little Garden House is ideally located within walking distance of the local town of Cernobbio. The house was very clean and well equipped for our needs.and we did not want for anything at all. The bed was very comfortable and the Garden House was excellent and delightful . Without doubt, Elisa and the little Garden House made our stay memorable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend Little Garden House and look forward to staying there again.

The Little garden house is a unique elegant nostalgic appartement behind a very big villa.. Lots of privacy and extremely close to the elegant Cernobbio Village. Enjoy the espresso and breakfast at Polettiwith the locals

Location was great,very central,5 min walk to bus or Ferry statione.Lovely bakery in the main street. House is lovely,has everything what you need.Very comfortable bed.Host Eliza was perfect,very helpfull,gave as a lot of information about must to visit places.Lovely garden.Highly recommended this place.

“Fantastic host, charming house.”

Elisa was so lovely and very accommodating. She made sure to check in with us each day to let us know about the markets/events on in and around Cernobbio. She also helped me arrange a private car for work as I struggled to get a taxi. The house is very cute and has a lot of character. The bed was big and comfy. The garden was so lovely and spacious but we couldn’t sit outside due to the overwhelming amount of mosquitoes sadly. The location was great, in walking distance to everywhere in Cernobbio and the boat port. Elisa left us water and biscuits which was kind of her. Thank you for being so accommodating and friendly!

Little Garden House is very cozy, kind of vintage styled place, offers everything you need including a peaceful garden. Elisa is one the greatest hosts I have ever met - kind and helpful. Also has a "special green folder" with great and unique tips to enjoy and see the Como lake as much as one can.

Didn't reach expectations - did not reflect as advertised and ended up staying in nearby hotel.

Perfect location to explore Lake Como. Property was clean with comfy bed. The host Elisa was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this place.
