Everything was spotlessly clean and all furnishings inside the apartment were new. The yard was very nice, with plenty of space for children to play. The location was perfect—away from the crowds, yet everything was close by, including shops, a bakery, a gas station, as well as Ljubljana itself and all the beautiful attractions Slovenia has to offer. The owners were some of the most wonderful people we have ever met. Nothing was ever too much for them; they helped us organize our days in the best possible way so we could see as much as possible. Every time they would ask how we spent our day, whether we were tired, and if we needed anything else. Overall, I’m not sure what impressed me more—the owners, the accommodation, or Slovenia itself 🙏🏼🔆🍀❤️

“The Best Stay of Our Europe Trip”

A PERFECT stay! ❤️ We have travelled across Europe, and Janez and his wife Justyna were truly the best hosts we have ever met. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We honestly don’t have enough words to describe their hospitality. The location is excellent, and the view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is also conveniently located, only about half an hour from both Ljubljana and Bled. Everything about our stay was simply perfect. You will always remain in our hearts. We would highly recommend everyone to stay here!

“Amazing most memorable stay.”

Nice clean property with excellent facilities. Excellent location for day trips to Surrounding places. Very close to airport. However. the real and unique advantage is the hosts. Both Janez and Justyna were both excellent hosts. They went out of their way to make our trip memorable. I would strongly recommend View 22 if you are visiting Slovenia. I would definitely hope to return at some point.

The accommodation is very good, comfortable for 6-8 people. Renovated, clean and everything you need is available. One recommendation - sharper knives and a hanger for drying clothes😃. Very good resort. We spent several years in Austria, so we can compare. Krvavec with plenty of ski slopes 10min, 2 excellent good ski resorts within 1 hour in Triglav. possibility of a full-day trip to Trieste and Ljubljana. Prices are very nice compared to the quality. Strongly reco..end - acommodation and resort.

Very friendly and approachable hosts, always happy to recommend great places to visit. We were pleasantly surprised by the underfloor heating, which was perfect for the cold winter days. The apartment met all our expectations.

“Spotless apartment⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

Spotless clean, almost new apartment with a great view and location. The hostess is very kind and super friendly, she gave us tips about places to visit, restaurants and cafeterias also. The apartment has a very well maintained inner yard, where you can sit and enjoy a meal or a drink.

This accomodation is perfectly located to explore the mountains and lakes in Slovenia, and also close to Ljubljana. The appartment itself has everything we needed, and hosts were helpful with additional stuff and recommendations about spots to visit. There is also a big garden in front of the building, with beautiful view of the mountains.

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate New Year's Eve and we had a very good time. The owner has several appartements. Ours was very spacious, clean and modern. There is free parking just in front of the appartements. The position is perfect to visit Ljubljana, the Postojna Cave, lake Bled and also the skiresort Krvavic is just around the corner. Thank you, Justyna, for being a very nice and helpful host.

The house was clean, in a perfect location and had everything we needed. The owners are very hospitable, communication was great! We recommend staying in this rental for large families.

New building, everything clean and new. Owner was really helpful and polite.

We were a big group (12 people) and rented 1 house and 1 apartment in the building across. All were very modern and clean and had everything that we needed. We also enjoyed the courtyard that had many places to sit and relax. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They gave us many good itinerary recommendations. Location was good, very close to Ljubljana, the airport and 30-40 min drive to Lake Bled and Triglav.

“2024 Summer Slovenian Holiday”

The accommodation was very comfortable and furnished and decorated to a very high standard and in a contemporary and modern way. The a/c was excellent and it was lovely to sit in the garden in the evenings. The showers and bathrooms were amongst the best we have seen. The next village had 2 supermarkets and a lovely bakery which we used each day for breakfast. We also had a fabulous adult meal at Dvor Jezersek which was in walking distance - useful if you're going to sample Slovenian wines! Janez was very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and eat. House is well placed for visits to Ljubljana, lake bled and mountains. Janez really does want you to see the best of his country - he was even knowledgeable about local buses! The washing machine and tumble dryer, whilst not being in the apartment, were nearby and very welcome.

Hosts are very nice people doing their best for guests' comfortable stay. The apartment is basically new and it shows, it's very clean, everything is fresh, it is comfortable. No noise in the rooms. I find the location very strategic - main attractions are easily accessible.

Very new accommodation, host was very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful mountains, ski fields and hiking trails to the north. Accommodation was simple with all the essentials with beautiful clean kitchen and bathroom.

New building. Apartments decorated with stile and attention to details. Excellent location: 25 minutes to Ljubljana downtown, 4 minutes to airport and 30 minutes to Grintovec. Amazing, friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommending!

Great location with parking. Very clean house with good facilities. Janez and Justyna were excellent hosts and even made us some Slovenian desert on one evening. They accommodated our early checkin and late checkout graciously.
