Fantastic hotel for peaceful countryside breaks. Amazing setting right at the base of forested foothills in beautiful grounds and with an awesome cafe 2 minutes walk away. Cleanliness and quality of finish in the rooms is superb. Staff are great.

This place was my favorite stay throughout my trip to the Balkans. I wanted something closer to the airport because I was flying out the next day and had already toured Ljubljana. The castle was gorgeous and with such stunning beauty around it. It was also quiet and peaceful. I had the breakfast as well, which was delicious. Do not hesitate in booking this stay!

A very impressive historical castle with an incredible story. Very well preserved and interesting. The receptionist - Masha , was super nice and hospitable and gave us a tour in the castle and answered all of our questions. There are two small lakes in a walking distance through the woods and a great restaurant 5 minutes drive away .

An exceptional place to stay overnight. Who would not want to stay in castle at least once on your trip 😁? Our host was very welcoming and our room was very good. Easy access to airport is big bonus if your flight leaves in the morning.

The place is full of history, very unique experience - we were the only guests staying overnight! Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Very good breakfast and afternoon tea. Great size room and full of character!

“perfect first night in Slovénia !”
the location is great , the mansion is authentic and well arranged . this is close from the airport and perfect first night in Slovenia . the view is outstanding , staff is mise too
