Offering an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court, Residence Oliveto is 5 minutes' walk from the beach in Ceriale on the Ligurian coast. Apartments, studios and rooms are air conditioned and feature a balcony or patio. Each unit features an LCD TV and laptop-sized safe. You will also have a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave and fridge. All bed linen and bath towels are included. Oliveto Residence has a children's playground and a lounge bar. We had a very pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were fantastic. The large pool was great for the kids to swim and dive, and for the adults to get some exercise. The location is very central in this small town, being close to the beach, local grocery stores and restaurants. We plan to visit again.

Shower is too small, so discomfortable. Even there is no place to have a soap. Foldable furniture in room is strange, disign itself is bizarre. Bed is very soft. Strange rools about cleaning, washing towels, throwing garbage. Room needs renovation, became too old. Telephone in the room is age of grandma. Check in at 4pm, check out at 10 am. At pool there is possiblity to take shower, but without shampoo. So there variant to remain little longer in residence at pool or at beach after check out is also not comfortable. Ah yes, kitchen you should clean by yourself, also should buy everything to do it. So it's a big discomfort everywhere. Overall impression is just so-so. Definitely I will not back. Village Ceriale is cute, not so crowded. Mainly local tourists. There is no 100% sandy beach, even at paid options. Still stones are there. Nice kids playgrounds. Most impressive - pine garden at the end of beach promenade.

Only down side was lacking tea coffee making facilities in the room , had a kitchen but was expecting the above to be available , you could purchase drinks in the lobby to though.

The hotel is very good. Although it is not on the first line, it is very close to the sea—about a 5-minute walk. You can eat at the hotel, and there are also pleasant restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I particularly want to mention the pool; it is very large and there is plenty of shaded space. We chose this hotel for a family vacation and we do not regret it. It was a wonderful stay ❤️❤️❤️.

We had a studio towards the street. Trafic was not disturbing. The studio was well equipped with a small kitchen, and was practical for being selfcontained. There was a safe for computer. We were happy for a spacious balcony. The studio was clean. The swimmingpool contained saltwater, and the the swimmingpool area was well kept. The walk to the beach area was about 5 minutes for us. The staff was nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic experience! The modern-style furniture and facilities were great. The room was well-maintained, featuring a comfortable double bed and a cozy sofa bed (with very comfortable mattresses and pillows). The availability of USB charging points, including USB-C options, was a practical touch. The bathroom was well-lit and spacious. The shower was generously sized, and the overall cleanliness was noteworthy. The kitchen, although unused by us, was well-designed and useful for long stays. A nice size balcony, equipped with a rack for swimsuits and towels. While there were some unfinished aspects in parts of the building, the main areas were clean and well-kept. The pool was a good size, accompanied by a space for sunbathing. The Jacuzzi next to the pool was a nice addition. We didn't explore the bar, but the breakfast and snack options were appealing. The free parking lot near the property (a 3-minute walk away) was handy, and although it occasionally filled up, we always found a spot. The property also offered supplementary parking for a fee. The location was great, with beaches just a short 10-minute walk away and a supermarket just 5 minutes away. The staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, it was a positive experience. We recommend this property for a comfortable stay.
