This splendid old fashion hotel is in the heart of Ceret and ideally placed for restaurants and visiting the Modern Art Museum. The entrance is through magnificent wrought iron gates into a courtyard with a stairway leading up to the entrance proper. The exterior is decorated with pargeted motifs of palm trees..Artefacts adorn the landings and rooms are basic but absolutely fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, quiet but in the main street so very close to everything we wanted to do. Charming terrace where we had very good breakfast.

Hotel with a lot of charm and character. Rooms are basic and clean with quirky decor. Staff very relaxed and pleasant. Dinner in the terrace restaurant under grape vine was a great discovery

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautifully maintained and th breakfast and dining in the restaurant were both excellent. Highly recommended for anyone who thinks hotels should be more than just a building.

“Traditional hotel with ancient character”

A unique hotel with ancient character and lots of greenery. Very friendly owner. Very clean, simply furnished, very comfortable double room. We really enjoyed the French breakfast.

A lovely and personable stay. Great location, homey breakfast and Marc and Katie, the proprietors are so helpful and kind. It is an old hotel so the sounds do travel between the rooms. I'm very sensitive to smells and mold and I will say these rooms are clean and I had no issues. The beds and linens have a welcome comfortability.

Breakfast was excellent and the dinner too . Good value too

“Home away from home”

Always stay here when in Ceret. The reception is warm and the room and bathroom are very nice. The hotel is in the center of town so plenty of choice for eating and drinking.

Beautiful village, perfectly located hotel, well aged building with beautiful vineyard, supper can be recommended, challenge to park car can be overcome

I thought I had left my wallet in room, they inmediately searched the room and let me know they did not find the walletr. Later on I found it myself somewhere in the car.

“Overnight in Ceret”

Welcoming staff, great location and good breakfast. The room was clean, though very small, with a tiny bathroom and no air conditioning, though a fan was provided. Correctly priced for the facilities provided.
