The place is well kept and clean. It felt like home away from home. The hot water didn't disappoint at all it was hot throughout our stay. The lady (Goodlady) who helps out was always able to assist and she is very kind, she made our stay beautiful. It is very rare to find a 3 bedroom apartment were all bedrooms have their own bathrooms, that was beautiful loved it. Everyone has their own privacy.

“Zero Access to the place”
I booked it for my Son to stay while he was writing exams. After readig the poor reviews, regarding entry, I called them to confirm his stay wrote them emails, sent SMS's but received zero response On the day of arrival, sure enough, he sat outside the security complex, in the rain, for 2 hours as he couldn't get access to the place. The security guards told him these guys had a failing access system as clients are forever loitering around the security gates due to an ineffective access system. The security guards could not let him in due to their protocol and he called me with this information. I then called them, & tried to contact them with no response. I then booked him another place. As he was leaving, I received an access code for the place!! Definitely WILL NOT be staying there again. I don't think they really like having guests as the guests are not able to get in!!!

We didn't stay there. We phoned the Monte Carlo to find out about our check in. They informed me that the apartment was no longer available as it is under construction and they don't have other accommodation for us. Also bad service from Booking.com for confirming our booking and not letting us know. I had to start searching for accommodation for a family of 5 at 18h00 yesterday afternoon. I am very disappointed 😞

“Lovely place, wonderful staff, comfortable family holiday”
We had very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, helpful, polite and hard working. The estate was beautiful.
