Unusual 275 year old family house where you are treated as a guest not client. Huge, comfortable bedroom with everything needed. Meals are home cooked, very traditional French family food and eaten "en famille" all at the same table and at the same time. Hostess is charming, friendly and has good English.

“If you like your overnight stay to be authentically rural then this is the place.”
The host was extremely attentive. The big news was the almost passionate promotion of local produce - from glassware to every form of food and drink. The dinner was a single choice meal which felt vey homely. The host ate with us. There was a large area down to the river to exercise the dog off the lead.

“An authentic fairy tale house / Un vrai compte de fée à la campagne”
Beautiful house with a lot of charm. We appreciate this ancient and traditional family house from 18 century. We enjoyed the delicious home made dinner with local fresh und tasty ingredients. Dinning at the table with the owner and talking with her was a pleasure. She knows well her region and likes to share about local sightseeing and food specialities. We want to come back soon.
