10 mins walking to great beaches, everything close by, good cafes and restaurants that were still open, although the season was over, dog walking along the beach, friendly dog people. Owner had chickens, rabbits, and a small dog. Beautiful pool area. Small garden was ideal for our dog, Toffee. Best meal ever - spaghetti alio, olio, peperoncino with fresh cubes of tuna at Risorante il Bagatto

15minutes walking and you are in the center. But that minutes are good walking minutes. Exercise ., she is trying all possible to help you. Nice woman . And breakfast its good. Big big bread hehehheh

“Residence felice is Nice, clean and good place for having relax vacation.”
The apartment was clean and close to the beach. There was AC inside so we didn't have a problem with a heat wave in July. the staff were friendly and helpful.

“Great summer holiday”
Lovely location, near the city Center, railway station, grocery and the beach - everythimg in walking distance. Free parking places. Well equiped apartment - with dishwasher and washing machine. Friendly and helpfull staff trying to fulfill all our needs. Our dog was accommodated free of charge. The host welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco wine :)
