The staff were nice and helpful. It's very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious.

Very nice hotel, I do recommend to take the luxury room with balcony as it is much roomier and nicer than the other rooms

The staff were great. We had to reduce our stay by one night (to get to the airport in time nothing to do with the hotel) and the lady on the desk went out of her way to help with all our questions via Google translate… Hotel is close to the beach, the town is fun. Try the tacos at the market they are delicious and much cheeper than the beach. (shrimp tacos from the main La Palapa on the beach also delicious though got to try that at least once too) And try the family run La Takiza on C.13 in the evenings, that was the best option at night. Ps do your research before jumping on the first flamingo trip you come across there are at least 3 different options and they vary in value for money ;) and it’s best to do first thing in the morning for more birds.

Convenient location. The beach and town's main zocalo are only several minutes walk away. It's very clean compared with the dusty sandy roads of town. Air con worked well.

Large, comfortable room. Everything was very clean. The location is good, although as Celestun is very small, I imagine that's the case for all hotels. The staff were very friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room (two beds) was simple but clean and comfortable, ample outlets, and options for air conditioning and open window. Short walking distance to beach and restaurants/businesses. We were here for one night, but enjoyed our stay. We did not have breakfast on the day we left, but a few busy tables made it seem like a popular option.

The hotel was great! It looks ok from the outside but inside it's perfect! One block away from the beach and about two blocks away from nice restaurants. I highly recommend Celestun, a bit far away but worht it.

“Great place to stay in Celestun!”

My family stayed here for 2 nights during a trip to Yucatan, and the suite was perfect for us and our 4 year old (he slept on the pull out couch). Everything was very clean and the people were very friendly. There weren't many restaurants open in the immediate area during the week, but we found great food morning and evening at El Cafecito in the main square. Parking for our rental car was available on the street and was easy. Definitely recommend staying here if you're going to be in Celestun.

“Very basic”

Hotel is not on the beach, but nothing in this small town is far away from the beach. Room was of good size, but quite basic, with no thrills, for the price we expected something better. No safe, which would be very good having in a beach town. Breakfast was ok. Small pool was obviously not usable and pool bar remained closed.

Perfect location for relaxing at the beach or exploring nature.
