“Very unpleasant stay”
The address on bookings.com is incorrect. The receptionist was not helpful. There is no remote for the TV. 3 guests and 1 bath towel. Had to ask for towels and soap. 2 nights stay and nobody cleaned the room or even emptied the garbage. Had to ask for toilet paper. Beds were rock hard and top blanket was ripped and stained. The trains run non-stop all night with constant horn honking. I've stayed in hostels that were better for 1/10th of the price, in Mexico! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

“great place nice people. and very clean.”
staff was great the Lady was very helpful. very secure and safe. the bathroom was nice. nice television and very roomy . I thought that I was not going to be happy but it was a nice experience. and priced perfectly.
