Great country style hotel. Nice views of coast. Clean and tidy. Restaurant was good. Staff were helpful.

“Best place in town”

We loved everything. The staff were great. The room was very clean and tidy with a great view of the sea. The spa was great. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening as well. Then the next day we had a session in the spa followed by a great breakfast. Plenty of parking directly outside.

“Perfect for our purpose”

Lovely old building. Our generously sized and comfortable room had a covered balcony perfect for watching the sunset over Cedeira - the view down the hill to the town and sea was stunning. The property was too far to walk into Cedeira but we thoroughly enjoyed the evening meals offered on site. The breakfast was also generous and very good. We had a great time and would n't hesitate to recommend or restay.

“a dream!”

to say everything is an understatement. I wouldn’t know where to start praising the place, the location, the facility, the restaurant and the incredible welcome I’ve received from the family who owns it. Photos on Booking.com don’t pay justice to this place and the elegance of both the rooms and the treatment given to the guests. On arrival, Dolores the owner wasn’t there so I was received by her young daughter but the morning after Dolores came to the breakfast table to introduce herself and apologise for not being there the day before. I found this gesture incredibly elegant. And on check out, I was even given a bottle of wine, locally produced. And last but not least, I wasn’t given the smaller room because I’m a solo traveller, but the nicest one with terrace overlooking the bay. it was a dream stay from first to last minute. thank you!

We loved everything. The room and the bathroom were ample and extremely clean. A wonderful wooden desk decorates our room. The view from our window is simply amazing, the wooden floor so nice. There's a SPA downstairs that we couldn't use for lack of time, but it looked enticing. The staff is extremely welcoming, thanks to Jolanda (afternoon) and Sonia (morning) who took (well) care of us. Breakfast was great fresh and tasty, and the view from the window where breakfast is served ... is amazing ! (same view as that of our room). Overall an excellent stat that I would recommend hands down. Parking is so easy just in front of the entrance. The only drawback is the position, you need a car to reach it, it's some 1.5km from the centre. They have bicycles (if I remember well, but don't know if for free or for rent, we had a car so didn't bother to ask). The only minor point was the shower door not closing properly, so water was leaking from the shower base.

Loved staying at this charming hotel, we were given a room with a terrace, what a view! Staff were really helpful and the food in the restaurant was really good. Breakfast was made to order. Used the spa too. Would go back and recommend to others.

Very friendly staff - they even helped us in finding a way to get on a boat-ride along the coast. Lovely breakfast with a wide array of options. Great location, if you are travelling by car - easy to find, easy to park. The building overlooks the estuary, providing a really nice view from the restaurant part and some rooms.

We had a spacious room on the top floor. It was quiet and clean. Staff were helpful. Restaurant is very good. Parking is right outside the building .

Wonderful stay! Free SPAA huge pool. Didn't use the sauna. Room with deck had views of town And bay, as did the restaurant. Great dinner & free BIG breakfast. Alecia was just lovely, we all had a good laugh as we overcame our shortcomings in Spanish! Xxxxx

The room had a wonderful View as did the dining room where we had an excellent dinner and breakfast. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The only small problem we had was finding the place as we couldn’t see it on our Sat Nav and initially drove right past it. However everything else was excellent. Highly recommended
