“Not clean and made me fear of bed bugs.”
Rooms were dirty. There was a layer of dust on the lamp, alarm clock, etc. There was a stain on one of your bed sheets. The entire facility needs a facelift but just being top-notch clean would go a long way.

The rooms were nice and clean BUT when I booked my reservation the site said there was a hot tub and there was NO hot tub. Extremely disappointed.
