“Amazing stay in Tuscany”

We would highly recommend the property for its amazing amenities. Brand new and roomy.. Nice and quiet location. Owners were an excellent hosts who were easy to contact and provided us with all the necessary information. When we had an additonal questions (after checking out), they went above and beyond to help us, providing support at a time when he didn't need to - we cannot thank him enough. Amazing villa and amazing hosts.

An accommodation set in a quiet, landscaped environment that provides a true sense of relaxation and recharge. The rooms are clean, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety. The hosts are kind and helpful. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

The dedicated smoking area was very nice and grateful they had it. Great parking and easily accessible parking with plenty of room. Shampoo was amazing.

This is an lovely place to stay. Useful for Pisa airport. Very clean, very comfortable beds and excellent hot shower. Sylvia was very kind. GF options at breakfast. It's very close to the beautiful Casale Marittimo which has severval good places to eat and stunning views.

Made to feel very welcome by our host, Sylvia and Luna the dog. This is a charming Villa with rooms and sc apartments close to Cecina, offering easy access to local beaches and charming coastal Tuscan villages. Great facilities with easy parking and nice breakfasts, including produce from their own gardens. If you are tiring of the hilltop town Tuscan visits, this is a great change of pace to spend some time near the ocean and highly recommended.

This place is a little family-run treasure, full of heart and attention to detail. Everything is spotless – not a speck of dust in sight. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is lovingly prepared every morning. Everything just feels right here. We’ll definitely be back!

“Little oasis in Cecina”

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mandrioli. It's literally a villa with a beautiful and well-kept garden and it is also new and cared for inside. Our room was number 5 and we loved every details about it! I really liked that they paid attention even to the little details when planning and decorating the rooms. There were many-many places (a wardrobe closet, big drawers under the washbasin in the bathroom, hangers for the towels, etc.) to pack our clothes and other stuff. This proved to be extremely useful because we travelled for 2 weeks altogether in Italy so had many of things and our stuff did not have to just randomly laying around in the room in this way. :) We loved our balcony and also the breakfast was really nice. I have gluten intolerance and even I had choices from GF bakeries (prepackaged). Also, I'm crazy about bruschettas and asked if they could prepare some to me, as well and from the next day, every morning when I arrived to the dining room, it was handed over to me separately. 🥰 I really appreciated this and all their kindness they addressed every question of ours with. We also really liked the little dog, Luna! 🐕 She gave an extra colour to our visit. 😊

A small oasis in the Tuscan hills. The owners are the nicest hosts I have ever met. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is full of locally made products and homemade pastries. I can only recommend it for exploring Tuscany or for a relaxing getaway.

The property was very clean, well equipped and first class for our requirements. All the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was beautiful with everything you could need. We were cycling the area and it is a fantastic location for great cycle routes

Generous breakfast including excellent coffee, a selection of cheese and cold cuts, boiled eggs, jams, honey, dried fruit, yoghurt, fresh croissants, pound cake, gluten free options, juice etc, lovely breakfast room with fireplace and country design. The room was spacious and spotless! Very clean villa. Room with terrace and lovely view. Highly recommended for visits to Tuscany especiallt the Bolgheri region! The host Silvia is super friendly and helpful.

Breakwast was excellent. The room had a beautiful terrace, the bathroom was well equipped and clean. The room decor was interesting with a lot of personal touches.
