“Priceworthy”
Direct connection to the mall for good japanese food, Close to many things. The breakfast was ok, wouldnt hurt to have a few more items of diary. Clean rooms and comfy beds.

I can do my own laundry, food has good selection, each day it's different. Close to shopping mall, whenever we need something, so convenient. We stay here each time we visit the Philippines 🇵🇭 ❤️

“Reasonably priced and convenient if you're staying before an international flight.”
I think it is fairly priced. I booked a quadruple room for me my brother and mum and the bed was huge enough for us as well as the minimalist design of the room. I particularly like Japanese minimalism because it creates a seamless and stress-free atmosphere with smart use of space. I love that there are slippers, bidet, microwave and simple furniture. The staff were also thoughtful not to disturb us but prepared the additional towels and toiletries by hanging it outside our door. The hotel was quiet compared to other more expensive places I've stayed at in Cebu. I also love that the SM J Mall is in the same building. The free shuttle service to the airport is also another advantage and they were able to book us 3 seats last minute.

Toilets and bath thubs not comfortable ! The water goes out when take showers! Need to hold the toilet cover when go to pee or vm! Staff not approachable, i did not see they are smiling!

Very good option for a one-night transit stay. The hotel is about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport, which is convenient. Breakfast is included but quite basic. The room was spacious and comfortable. We did have a leak from the bathroom ceiling when we arrived, but after reporting it, the staff changed our room within about 30 minutes, which we appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the service is simple but efficient. A big plus is the free airport shuttle — it was perfectly on time and very well organized. Another great advantage is that the hotel is directly connected to a modern shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and shopping options, which is extremely convenient.
