Nice and very spacious units

“Listed with the wrong price, no accountability”

Booked it here at a low price, then while I was on my way there the property messaged me that the price I got it at was wrong and asked ME to cancel it. They even said it was for 11k, though you can see the room for 4900 throughout the month. They blamed this on Booking.com, as they 'didn't put that price there'. That's their level of accountability. Due to this I had to go with my luggage around the area to find a hotel at a higher price, wasting hours in the heat of Cebu.

“Great Apartment for our family of 5”

This 3 Bedroom apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Cebu with our 3 adult daughters. The rooms were comfortable with air con in each room and a well equipped kitchenette. It was a quiet location, with a shopping centre a 5 min walk away and also an easy walk to "Street scape" where there were lots of food options. The Montebello Hotel was just across the road and we were able to go in there and pay for a day pass to use the pool (approx $12) and they had live music on a Thur & Fri night so we stayed for drinks and food one night which was very good.

personalised service. Monet and other receptionist are always at hand. The property is ageing but well maintained and always clean. Size is also great and love the decor!

This 2-bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfortable with everything you need to cook your own meals. It had 2 bathrooms and toilets. Fresh water was supplied by the way of a water cooling and heating machine included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful and respected your privacy. For the price of around 120 AUD per night this is far better accommodation than any hotel 4 or 5 star you could stay at. I also extended my stay, and the manager gave me a discounted price. 2 grocery stores and a large department store is only a quick 5-minute walk and plenty of restaurants, Jollibee, hairdressers, pharmacy all close by. Fantastic stay!!!

We like everything! The apartment is spacious enough for our family of 7 people. The rooms also spacious. We cook everyday during our 5D/4N stay in this apartment. They have great kitchen and all appliances we need to cook. The location is also great. It just walking distance to mall/supermarket nearby, so it's very convenience to do groceries shopping or buy things you need. Staff was also helpful.

My wife and I loved our two night stay. The suites have a wonderful feel of being "home". The staff is helpful, warm, and friendly. Rooms were quiet, clean, and well furnished. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Each room has split type air conditioning, quiet and efficient. Large mall within walking distance. This will be where we stay on future visits to Cebu.
