“Good for a short stay near the airport”
Location was good - very close to the airport. Gym close by (though you have to pay) Swimming pool Comfortable bed Netflix Left some oil and pots and pans to cook with which was very helpful. Clean and tidy though feels a bit old and dated. Carlos was very responsive to WhatsApp. Good wifi.

i enjoyed the stay, no complaints :) check in was easy even a bit later in the evening. felt a bit overwhelmed arriving in a new country but spoke to the condo’s security who were friendly. was a good first stop to acclimatise myself to the philippines. oh and had a great view of the city.

“Very enjoyable”
Everything was great, the location, the cleanliness of the room, the view from the balcony. We were happy to have a proper quilt- compared to the sheets we’ve had at every other accommodation Carlo provided heaps of information and replied quickly every time he is a great host.

“The best”
We stayed only for 1 night but I would have stayed a complete week and would have been so happy. Kitchen was fully equipped, bed was comfy, very quiet, big room, good internet, hot shower, easy self checkin and a 24 hrs convenience store just in front of the building

Good enough instruction to get to the room but we got stopped in the lobby by security and didn't really know what to say as they didn't quite understand that we were just guests for two nights and it was booked via booking.com. Had to go back out and talk to the security at the gate etc. Was a bit inconvenient after a long day of travelling as we didn't expect it. The bathroom had baby roaches and someone else's trash was still in the shower. The plates in the kitchen wasn't fully clean either but that could have been other guests. Location is a bit tricky cause there's not much around in the area and tuk tuks are not allowed to go too far. I would not book again.

I enjoyed staying at Seaview Sunset Accommodation. The host was very responsive. He provided everything we requested and was very friendly. I thought i was only going to see the sunset, but to my surprise, the sunrise can also be viewed on right side of the balcony. I will definitely come back.
