“Great!”
We came with 3 kids and we need to thank Miss/ Mdm Dainty during the check in process for finding the connecting rooms available for us. Overall it was a pleasant stay, near to the mall which has almost everything that we need.

“Mildly disappointing”
No pool. It has been months. I was told that it would be fixed soon. However as my room overlooked the pool, not once in 4 days did I see anyone working on it! The construction in front of the hotel is confusing to taxi drivers.

“Layover on return home”
The hotel is very clean and well located. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The food at feria for dinner and breakfast was very good and the choice was huge and had something for everyone.

“Excellent apart from the pool.”
Great I would like to point out the service of the staff. I would like to say how impressed I was with Fel and Oliver in the breakfast room. Nothing was to hard for them and they made our breakfast enjoyable. I would also highlight how good Lyn was at the lifts. She was so bright and cheerful everyday.
