“Nice .”
Nice, fully equipped condo very clean and comfortable, Great pool area, nice building staff. Easy check in/out. 7/11 across the street and plenty of restaurants, super markets ATM access and laundry all within 200 meters. Nice very clean and tidy and safe area

“Would never stay at One Pacific Residence (aka Mactan Newtown with Sunset and Garden View) again”
I didn't like much and left after one night of the two I had booked, forfeiting the cost of the second night
