Location

When we arrived the studio. the room was not yet ready because the caretaker was there . then I entered the toilet has lot of of women hair string scattered on the floor . the cockroaches are crawling or roaming on the floor , kitchen, bed and toilet. microwave and microoven are dusted; i told the caretaker clean the machine; shower has mold ; they dont really clean the whole appartment. May one of my reason I have a diarrhea because the kitchen utensil tool are not clean and cockroach went up lavabo ;

The bed was fine the fridge good and shower and toilet worked

We stayed at KC Studio 4 for four days. Location-wise, it was very good — right in the heart of Cebu, close to almost everything, with the added convenience of a 7/11 just outside the building. However, while the location was great, the room itself was disappointing. We rented two units, and both had issues. The blankets, pillowcases, and sheets were not properly cleaned and smelled unpleasant. When we raised the concern, the caretaker mentioned it might have been due to the rain the day before, but it didn’t smell like rain — it smelled used. They did replace the pillowcases afterwards, which helped a bit. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned either and had cockroaches. In the second unit, there were many ants on the floor, and the bed caused us some itchiness, leading to scratching throughout the night. I really hope they improve the cleanliness, as the place has a lot of potential with its convenient location and easy access to everything.

One could argue that a plus would be the central location. The room did have a window with an OK view.

Super location in the heart of Cebu. Restaurants and Supermarket around in the area. Communication with manager was working good and without complications, roomservice came on request same day (same with water supply). Appartment was nice with good view to the sea.

The location of this unit was awesome, a short walk to eateries and several malls and for the more adventurous a longer stroll to Magellan's Cross. View from higher floor was great and may have aided in keeping road noise down.
