The unit was clean, and all the things you need are available. The owner was really accommodating, too. The toilet is decent and clean as well.

The apartment is situated in a perfect location, with everything available within 200M walk. Just name it and you will find everything nearby, from malls to convenient stores and clubs/bars etc.. Comfy and can occupy max 4-5 guest

“Great”

I like the size of the room. We were 4 adults with 2 children, and the children had ample place to roam around. It also gave us privacy because the bedrooms were separated. The unit also had a great view of the city as we were located high up. Many establishments were only a walking distance, such as malls, pharmacy, and restos. It was very convenient.

We booked this apartment for 2 nights as we needed to extend our stay in Cebu. We originally stayed for a week in a different apartment in this building. That apartment had issues with cockroaches but this one did not. However, we were not given the room we booked as advertised. We were told that room was unavailable due to the current guests extending last minute. I was not happy but had little choice. The apartments are managed by caretakers and managers who look after many apartments for owners who never seem to be around or available to speak to. This apartment had no bedding until we complained, the microwave was filthy and had not been cleaned. The TV was poorly set up and needs maintenance, the bed was too small, overall it was poor value for money considering I did not get the apartment advertised and what made me book in the first place. We have been coming to Cebu for years so are not strangers to booking apartments. It's a shame as the apartment size and location was great. Better cleaning and maintenance is required at this one.
