My grandparents recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share their experience. Overall, it was a very positive stay, though there are a few areas regarding the facilities that could use some attention. The Highlights: Exceptional Staff and Atmosphere First and foremost, I want to commend your staff. From the moment they checked in, the team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Their hospitality truly defines the character of the hotel and made them feel right at home. Additionally, the common areas and dining facilities were impeccably clean and offered a wonderful ambiance.

room was ok clean. bed also... comfort room not so. most water pipes are kinda rusty. shower did not function. though the staff are accommodating and friendly, the hotel obviously lacks manpower for a 7 floor building.

“You get what you pay for.”
It's extremely cheap. Staff very nice. It's really close to a lot of places. I just stayed as I arrived at 3am and check out is at 12pm so handy for late night arrivals.

I like the location. It's a few steps away from highways and from other establishments.. I like the lobby, the staff, the mode of payment, the aircon, the electric fan, the bed and the cr. Overall i love the experience. Thank you so much

Theres no service thermos in the room. Lack of amenities and The skirting of the bed is to much stain and dusty.... need to deep clean all over the room. Shower curtain is to much filthy. shower,is not working and no bidet...we only use pail and dipper. there's a television but it's not working.. aircon is not much cool Hall ways and elevator are to much dusty. Only location is good.

The hotel's location is good. It's accessible from many places. It's also easy to hail a cab, either via Grab or a regular taxi. The hotel staff is okay; they are accommodating, though some are nicer than others. The shower was old, but at least the heater was functioning. The toilet had no bidet, but it's okay. The A/C is good...it's cold.
