“Almost perfect”
I enjoyed my stay very much and felt very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I would like to emphasize that breakfast was excellent and the staff at breakfast were exceptionally professional and efficient. In my opinion, the team was much more attentive than the team on the rooftop terrace in the evening.

It was an amazing stay for us. The room was unexpectedly huge than what expected. Everything looks and smells fresh and clean. The breakfast buffet was sumptous, worth the additional expense. The hotel is also near to different tourist spots especially to - TOP, Sirao Garden and Temple of Leah. It's 15 mins grab ride to Fuentes and IT Park, and 30 mins ride from Mactan.

We stayed at Harolds Hotel Cebu and overall had a decent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a wide selection. We also really appreciated the shower — strong water pressure and consistently hot water.
