“Nice and affordable place to stay near Cebu Coliseum”
I like how they transferred me to a ground floor room instead of a room in the other floors. The room is clean and spacious and good value for money. It's my first time around the area but if you have an event at/near Cebu Coliseum, this is a nice place to stay since it's a few mins walk away.

“Good value for money”
Good value for money. The room was basic but it was clean. All facilities were in working condition (toilet flushed, shower had good pressure). The location is also very convenient for me as it is near where I need to be. Also not too far from Elizabeth Mall and Colon Street. I asked for a non smoking room and I'm glad that they adhered to my request. I stayed in Room 1, the first room on the ground floor.

“Overall all, it’s what I expected. It’s not good and it’s not bad.. it’s in the middle”
Aside it’s near from the mall’s, it’s accessible for commuters cause it’s near to the bus station. Whenever you feel hungry there’s fast food around and cafeterias too.
