Great place and location. Fully equipped. Excellent communication with the host and very clear check-in instructions. A small downside is the weak soundproofing - street noise from outside can be heard quite clearly inside the apartment during the night.

windows were not sound proof and right beside a busy road in the middle of a busy area, found it hard to sleep the entire stay.

I really like the place. It's clean and it's very homey. I really did get the value of what I paid for. I like the details in place, like the plants in the comfort room, the scented oil in the room...I just like all of it..will be renting again in the future.

“Great place to spend a night or two in Cebu”

We booked this for our last two nights on the Philippines and it was entirely appropriate. The condo is small but fully furnished and clean, the beds were very comfy, there's a little balcony where I could smoke and which even has a nice little view (you're not staring into a wall), and everything you need is in walking distance.
