The facility is very clean and spacious. Very nice staffs and supportive guards on duty who assisted in parking. Near SM and Ayala and fast foods. Near to a very nice hang-outs if you are a beer lover. Super nice. Will surely stay in our next family vacation. Another 6 rooms, haha.

The staff were fantastic. Take them away and this place would be very bland. The beds were comfortable and the location quiet. There is parking on-site.

Everything is okay except:

The gym is EXCELLENT for a hotel gym. Rarely have a gym as well equipped as that - squat rack, proper weight plates, many dumbbells and benches. Very impressive and a great feature if it matters to you. The room was spacious and seemed clean. Bathroom good too. Location is pretty good, you can easily walk to cafes etc. Staff were friendly. Place is pretty near the airport and easy to get to by a grab taxi.

The room is very spacious and has a kitchen. It’s clean and facilities look modern. It’s just what I was looking for as I was with my family. It’s such a great value for its price. All the staff were also friendly and helpful.

I appreciated the thoughtful layout of the room, as it was both functional and inviting, providing a comfortable space to relax. The beds were cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day. Additionally, the presence of basic utensils, a microwave and an electric kettle added a layer of convenience. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a water dispenser on each floor level. This convenient feature eliminated the need to constantly purchase bottled water or rely on room service for refills, making it both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. This small yet impactful amenity added a touch of practicality to my stay. I had an early flight scheduled at around 4 AM, and I was relieved to find that taxis could easily locate the property using the Grab app. This made the entire process of arranging transportation seamless and stress-free, especially given the odd hours.

BEST hotel, we enjoyed staying, in a convenient location with access to the major shops, restaurants, and Ayala shopping centre. The staff were helpful despite we arrived earlier than the check-out time we were allowed to check in without any extra charges because the listing says you can request it. We were given a room facing the sea on request and the staff was helpful whenever we requested anything. The clean water was available for drinking which was convenient.

Apartment was really specious and had everything what we need for 1 nights stopover, additionally had fridge and basic kitchen utensil if planning eat in.

The room was keeping clean by staff. By 5 min walk, drop by to large super market also take a jeepney within 10min, to get to SM city shopping mall. Front of the BLDG, there is a brewery and burger shop, tasting a craft beers. I had enjoy stay at there.
