Kumpleto sa lahat ng needs ko. The host provided TV, Wifi, Rice cooker, Lutuan, fridge, name it. Then kung may other needs ka, availabke within the subdivision, may 24 hour grocery store, laundry, etc. And very responsive yung owner ng place. Very warm ako gidawat. Thank you kaayo.

“Over all good for base start if u stay I suggest just past guards to visit locals in there”
Was comfortable place to stay. Was gated community. So safe as. U. Don't really need. Go out cause u can buy everything in side. But that no fun

It was clean and has an excellent working split aircon and a reliable internet connection. MC Donalds, Chow King and a Metro Supermarket are arround 12 walking minutes away. The appartment has a good value for the money if you can use your own vehicle to go arround.
