The place was good and value for money. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall just outside. The room was comfortable, with good air conditioning and reliable internet.

Smooth check in, all information available. Well decked out flat and kitchen with appliances and equipment. Well styled with almost too many lighting options. Space efficient bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great natural light and view from the 17th floor. Across the road from a mega mall. Easy transport. Stepping outside will get you harassed by people wanting to help you get somewhere.

Great apartment with perfect location. Room was extra clean and had a lot of amenities. I stayed only for couple of days, but this place would be great also for a long stay too. Host is also super nice and provided a lot of information, how to get to the room, and was super supportive.

I like the place very tidy and organized and the owner was very accommodating of all our requests.

Safe place. Close to SM and bus terminal. 24/7 receptionist. Laundry and Rose Pharmacy next door. I have got second set of towels next day. Netflix.

Nicely appointed studio apartment literally across the road from SM City Cebu. Comfortable bed, quiet AC, and a good selection of kitchen crockery, cutlery and cookware. Once I worked out the entry code system - type in the number and use the tag- I really enjoyed my stay here and found my host, Jenni, always responsive and helpful.

Loved the room and bathroom. View from the window was nice. Pretty much everything you need was there. Just across SM City Cebu. Coffee shop and pharmacy outside. Did not meet the host but she was constantly messaging us for instructions/directions. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Will surely come back again.

I like this room it's comfortable to stay, the shopping mall across the street only.. my parents are very happy to stay here theres have a Netflix ,amenities and appliances are very useful.. I highly recommend for staycation here in aesthetics functional sundiva tower.. Thank you so much.. If go back to cebu I booked again here.

I love the location It's just across SM city cebu. The room is super clean and very comfy to stay 🙂. There are kitchen appliances which are helpful for longer stays.The blankets and towels are clean and not old. All in all it was a beautiful experience. Will come back again 😁

Everything was superb! The place lived up to its name, it was indeed aesthetic. Host were responsive and helpful. Free coffee and toiletries. Worth every penny ❤️
