“Overall pleasant stay”
Room was nice and spacious. Ok location. Had balcony which was nice. Big soft beds. 3 aircondition units in app which kept it very cool. Enjoyed our stay

“Ok but could have been a lot better with a few tweaks”
The property was good and could have been a 10/10 but there were a few issues which were disappointing. The room itself (studio) was great, very spacious, well laid out, plenty of room for our belongings, quiet, great location for bars, restaurants and supermarket,felt safe there. The gym had a wide range of equipment. The pool looked ok though we didn’t use it, as was the roof top terrace which we couldn’t use due to weather.

“Fantastic rooms in the best location of the city.”
The staff are professional. Under knowledgeable leadership. You never feel like a walking ATM. My room exceeded expectations and I enjoyed my stay here. Nobody entered without consent. I’ve read other reviews. Cleaning was to a high standard upon request. Guards are friendly and reliable. I received every delivery entrusted to them. Thanks.

Loved the room 2 bedroom with balcony the apartment was clean and was ready for us with air con on. Loved the access to the gym and sauna. Pool was lovely and clean. The food in the court was amazing the weekend was the best food ive had in a long time. We will definitely be back next time we are in cebu.

“Good with optimisation potential”
Backside rooms are pretty calm. Appartment is spacious eonough for a longer stay. Has most of the things one need, like almost useable kitchen - so for longer stays you can just buy some stuff and cook there theoretically. Bed is awesome. has iron and iron board. AC is split type, so calm and cool sleep. Many food option closeby. In IT parks Mall there is a well sorted supermarket.

Location is superb with easy access to Grab etc and with many eateries on ground floor level (from simple to fairly outrageous 'Weekend'). Rooms and Bathrooms decent size well appointed and v comfortable

This is a wonderful hotel — we are absolutely thrilled and will definitely come back again! I stayed with my children, and the three of us fit perfectly in a standard room — we were provided with an extra bed. The room was very comfortable and clean, with an incredibly cozy bed and high-quality linens. We really appreciated the kitchenette, dishes, and microwave — they were very useful. We also used the gym, enjoyed the sauna, and had an amazing time relaxing in the rooftop hot jacuzzi with a view of the night city. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. We are absolutely delighted with this hotel. Highly recommended to everyone!

“A modern pleasant apartment building.”
Staff, Princess, exceptionally polite and helpful. Arranged room upgrade in order to give us a quiet room. No bother leaving a suitcase there for a week until we returned. Shops,restaurants and huge shopping mall all within walking distance.
