Overview
The Residence enjoys a location right opposite Cayeux’s shingle beach, and within easy reach of all the local amenities. Saint-Valéry-sur-Somme is 12 km away from the property. The complex comprises 76 comfortable apartments, many with sea views. Each one comes with a fully equipped kitchenette including electric hob, grill microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The lounge has a TV (supplement applies), and some of them also have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. Les Terrasses de la Plage also has a terrace, a lift and a laundry room (with supplement). Free parking is possible on site and is subject to availability, and secure, covered parking is available at an extra cost.

“Gorgeous nature and great stay!”
The area is gorgeous, with natural reserves, long empty (stone or sand) beaches, seadogs, cliffs, forests, hiking paths... We liked also visiting villages like Mers-les-Bains, Saint-Valery-sur-Somme et Le Tréport. In Cayeux-sur-Mer there's a really good bakery, nice closed market (3 days/ week) and bars (L'Embuscade near the market, and two at the beach). Madame Vacances was perfect to visit all this. Really friendly staff and nice well-equipped tiny apartment at the beach front. We couldn't make use of the swimming pool (because under renovations most week), but in any case it's tiny and best for children. We asked for the WiFi code for the rooms because the free WiFi at the lounge didn't connect well and this was perfect for us (as we had to work a bit during the week).

“Not worth of money”
The Wi-Fi was terrible, I prefer double bed than twin bed. No cleaning was done during our stay however extra charge for cleaning. Charged for bedding and car park. The single room was stinky.

A pet friendly place, ideal to stay with our dog, beautiful location with a view to the sea. A small apartment, very cosy. Within walking distance to supermarket, vet and restaurants.

“A beautiful week in a friendly accommodation within a breathtaking region of Northern France.”
The location is so beautiful around the Bay of Somme, and there are lovely walks along the beaches for miles. A beautiful nature resort. Ideal also to walk with our dog, and the accommodation is pet friendly. It was just ideal for us as a couple with our family pet. Lovely apartment with nice kitchen/lounge. Also the people in the area were very friendly, and we could practice a little French speaking.
