Easy to access straight from the boat, great location on the sea front, staff were very helpful

What I did enjoy was the island itself—Caye Caulker is truly beautiful, with a relaxed atmosphere and stunning surroundings. Additionally, the hostel staff were kind and welcoming, which made parts of the stay more pleasant despite the issues experienced at the hotel.

Staff was very friendly helped with luggage to and from docks grounds were immaculately kept rooms were tidy very well great location close to las vibras and sting ray alley

The property doesn’t include breakfast. There is a restaurant that is on the premises but it doesn’t start serving breakfast till “around 8.30”. I never really saw many people in there and given many tours start quite early and food is pretty slow I would say you are better off with the cafes elsewhere in town, a 5 minute walk.

Nice stay, looked cute & very good food at the restaurant + a good price

The room was a good size with A/C and blankets if needed. The pool area was a nice place to chill. The location was great, easy to walk to all the restaurants and bars but far enough away that it was quiet at night.

Quite literally beachfront, probably one of the only pools on the island that looks out onto the water (and with a private pier you can swim off or watch sunset). Staff were incredible. Henry from guest services was beyond amazing and informative, super knowledgeable. Bush was also really great, nothing was a hassle and went above and beyond. All staff generally totally made such an amazing vibe. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The pool is nice. The layout of the hotel is nice and spacious. The hotel is at the end of the main strip which makes it a quieter location.

Great location and facilities. Unfortunately we only stayed one night so didn’t get to try the pool. They gave us a different room than we booked but when we questioned it they gave us a voucher to spend at the restaurant to compensate.
